Each day you'll turn over a new leaf, literally. Read the daily inspirational quote and add the date. Then complete each of the guided sections. Every 30 days, you'll find a review page where you can assess your progress and evaluate your goals.

Feeling gratitude releases toxic emotions, soothes your nervous system, lowers cortisol, deepens your breath, and relaxes your muscles.

Daily Tasks

Set daily tasks you'll achieve. By writing out your tasks, you will also be held accountable for your actions throughout your day.

Visualisation

Visualising yourself achieving a goal increases your motivation to reach it and builds your confidence.

Unique journal

Thanks Valenson for creating this journal, it has helped me a lot, after lockdowns to motivate myself and to see things differently. I also like the fact that it has a connection to active lifestyle. Some days I just need a lift up and read a couple of quote from the journal. So thanks!
